Today was the first full day of service in Belize and it was very busy and very rewarding for all involved. There were three teams at work today including the medical, orphanage and laundry. The experiences provided by the medical team are summarized by Shirley Moore, the experiences of the orphanage team are provided by Shirley Frykman, and I will attempt to summarize the experiences of the laundry team.

The blog for the First Presbyterian Church of Oak Ridge, Tennessee provides us with a place for members to communicate their adventures in the larger church beyond Oak Ridge back to the congregation at large. It also gives us a place to create institutional memory of who we are and what we do. It might also give some insight into why we do what we do, and how it changes us.
